I had a fantastic experience at Firestone, thanks to Luis. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop you fully trust, but they were incredibly honest, transparent, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. They took the time to explain exactly what my car needed and got the job done right. I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Luis specifically!

Worst experience i have ever had in my life at any car place especially firestone. The one in North Carolina I never had an issue but this location is absolutely horrible they continue to lie to me the whole process. So I brought my car in yesterday (sunday) for a new alternator they told me it be $630 plus $670 for a battery. I told them I dont want the battery replaced just the alternator. So they got me scheduled for today (Monday) they called me in morning to make sure I wanted new alternator and battery. I said no I already said yesterday just alternator. They got a attitude with me saying well I need a battery tho. I said no thank you. So they said well it be $1,000 and some change. I said how if the alternator is $630?? They said well then minus battery $930. I said that makes no sense! I didn't argue and said okay. They called 3 hours later said it was ready when I got there they STILL put new battery in even tho I said no multiple times. So I had wait for them take it out and they still charged me $1,065 even tho it was post be $930. They charged me extra to take battery back out. I will never in my life come back and dont comment back saying oh we love hear more about you

I went in there to get some tires, mounted and balanced. The guy told me be like an hour or less than an hour I went around and took my daughter to the bathroom And noticed my hood was up out in the shop. So I asked the guy what were they doing with my hood up? He said they were doing courtesy checks. I told him I was not in there for a courtesy check. I was in there for my tires to get mounted and balanced so they need to put my hood down. They have no reason to be under my hood.So next thing, I know I was in there almost 3 hours just to get tires mounted and balanced. And my tire pressures were all out of wack when they brought my jeep around. I went in and said something he told me I can pull around. They will check it. I said no I would do it myself cause I’m not waiting another three hours. I would never in my life go back.

Do not go here ! They took my review down , my car caught on fire 3 days ago & they are responsible for it , god doesn’t like evil .no wonder they are called Firestone ! Had an induction service done and my car had more problems after . Do not just let anybody under your vehicle they clearly don’t know what they are doing
